Your daily choices are in your control...Your trainer is your guide but in the end you and you alone must make the commitment to follow thru! You can continue to buy new plans for meals and or work out strategies...but in the end...if you do not follow guidance ( good quidance) you are exactely where you began...We need to fuel the body with the right foods ...cycle our carbs....but we must eat much more then people think! If u r cheating ...even when no one is looking ...who is affected? U!
