It takes time it takes change in ones mind to develope new patterns...
Lifestyle changes come from repeated behavior changes... From breaking old ways ... From allowing ones mind to change how it thinks.. As a coach it is my job to support my clients not say we are dieting NO we are creating new patterns we are creating a new way to think a new way to be! Patience with yourself also is so important...No one is perfect but deciding you want change is the beginning... Being accountable with someone is important! No looking backwards..No repeating old patterns if they did not work... Finding new ways to motivate and be successful is what I do! I am always so proud to share pics when my clients allow me...
